Delivery Information


1.  We send the goods you ordered by Air International Express Couriers like FedEx,UPS, DHL,DPD EMS or others what we think fastest. Our shipping agent transport packages from China to different Express Courier Processing Center(Saudi Arabia,Taiwan, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore etc).

Tracking information will not update until packages arrive at processing center and the courier pick up and scan them, so need to be patient for the tracking information update.

Normally tracking number would be provided through mail after 2-4 days after u pay. Then need wait 2-5 days for tracking info updated online(transport packages and pass customs check). And shipping time 3-7 days to arrive your home.

Total: Confirming time 2-4 days+processing time 2-5days +shipping time 3-7days.

No urgent order accept, if ordered, need to be patient for shipping time, we confirm that package will delivery finally.

2.  As locations where may have customs problem, like Germany,Switzerland, Norway,New Zealand, our shipping agency offer alternative shopping solutions.

Agent send packages to these country warehouse, then ship with local shipping carriers(DHL Paket, DPD, Royal Mail, USPS, EMS,local post etc).

The tracking information will not update until packages arrive these country warehouse, so need to be patient for tracking info update.

No urgent order accept, if ordered, need to be patient for shipping time, we confirm package will delivery finally.


We would like to provide you 100% satisfaction and do carefully quality checking for every item before shipping, so returning is not acceptable for normal order. If for some reasons, must send back the goods, please contact customer service.


Somethings you must know before returning:

1) Return items must be in their original condition (i.e. not altered or washed, with all tags attached) within 3 days from the date you signed.

2)If you return right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are sorry, but we will not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package. you need to be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. When we receive your return,will refund you.

3)The shipper’s address on your parcel invoice is not available for returning. If you return at that address, we can’t get the parcel.

4)Returning address must be confirmed with our customer service.

5)Because of China customs policy, once the returning parcel is seized by our customs, your refunding or resend request will be invalid.

6)Returning parcel invoice value must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel. 

7)Returning shipping method must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel.(Please dont use DHL, FedEx or UPS for returning).

8)Returning shipping need to be paid by you at first. If it should be paid by us, we will pay you once we receive your shipping receipt and returning package.    

Order Cancellation:

We always process all orders timely within 6-8hours after orders placing.  If you want to cancel an order, you must be requested before the order has been dispatched.
